Career Support TOPSupport for Job Placement
What kinds of jobs and industries do you desire to work in? What kinds of jobs are the people working in these industries actually doing? In order to help students thoroughly understand the jobs and industries in which they are interested, and to enable them to get jobs in these places, we have provided various forms of career support which begin from students' first year at DHU. Each member of our dedicated staff at the Career Center gives out comprehensive advice to our students.
Employment seminar
Learning that starts from the basics about industries and securing a job
DHU offers various information for job-seekers, including general lectures, talk seminars in which we invite people who work in several industries to visit, and other events. The seminars are set up at time periods during which students can participate easily, such as between and after classes.

All-inclusive commentary about the state every field's respective industry
DHU invites people who work at the forefront of every industry to come and speak about trends and movements within their industries as well as about the kinds of people they look for when hiring. The times when companies hire students differ by industry, so these events are held separately for 6 different fields.

Classes that make you think about your future
Classes which enable you to think about your future self and career. Through various methods such as job placement tests which evaluate what lines of work are best suited for you, to lectures in which the meaning of "working" is discussed, you are given time to consider your future plans and career path.
Industry study group
Experiencing actual workplaces while enrolled in school
Digital Hollywood University offers several chances for students to come into contact with actual workplaces while enrolled, through initiatives such as internships and the Industry-University-Government Cooperation Program (On-the-Job Training). Through these programs, students learn about the actual flow of work, trends within companies, and their connections with society.

Holding on-campus company information sessions through leveraging channels of communication with companies
Career events that only our university can offer because of its strong connections with companies. Representatives from companies that are popular with DHU students come to visit our school. At booths set up by these companies, students can listen to detailed information about each one.

Interview strategies - indispensable information for job hunting - are also fully provided
Interviews are unavoidable when applying for jobs. We will thoroughly instruct you on the structure of interviews and what kind of responses leave a good impression on the interviewer. Advice is also given through the offering of mock interviews. Our dedicated staff members will succinctly answer your questions through individual consultations.
Internship
Company visits that are specifically for Digital Hollywood University students only
There aren't too many chances where one can truly visit a company and see its actual workplace before becoming an employee. At our university, we receive such chances to visit companies through our corporate partners. The fact that students can also freely ask questions is well-received.
