If a participant cancels the program more than 28 days before the program commences, there will be a 100% refund of the program fee.
If a participant cancels the program 28 days or less before the program commences, a cancellation fee of 20% of the program fee will be charged.
No refund of the program fee can be made after the program has commenced.
No refund can be made if cancellation occurs after July 25 or once the program has commenced.
If the program is cancelled by Digital Hollywood University, a full refund will apply.
Participants will stay at a hotel around Akihabara. All participants will stay in single rooms. Once confirmation of the program is issued, participants should plan to arrive at your accommodation on Sunday July 25 after 3 p.m.
