デジタルとクリエイティブの力で自分を表現する18歳以下のみなさんを応援する
デジタルハリウッド大学主催「U-18アーティストコンテスト」。

2026年度は従来の3DCG部門、イラスト部門、映像部門の3部門に加え、
エキシビションとして「AI作品部門」を新設します。

求めているのは、綺麗に整った正解ではありません。
寝食を忘れて没頭した記憶や、試行錯誤の末に宿った「爆発的な熱量」そのものです。

未完成なプロトタイプのままの自分を、その衝動を、解き放つ場所。
その色で、世界を満たせ。

The U-18 Artist Contest, organized by Digital Hollywood University, supports creators under 18 who express themselves through the power of digital creativity.

Starting in 2026, we invite you to explore 3DCG, Illustration, Video, and our newly established AI Art category as a special exhibition.

We are not looking for polished, perfect answers.
What we want is the memory of losing yourself completely in creation—and the explosive passion born through trial and error.

A place to unleash your unfinished prototype self, and the impulse within you.
Fill the world with your colors.

入賞者（グランプリ・最優秀賞・優秀賞）はDHUの入学者選抜における総合型選抜[特待生選考]の書類審査を免除！

また、受賞の有無にかかわらず、応募者の方全員に「参加証」を発行します。
各部門賞に選ばれなかった場合も、課外活動や探究学習の一環として活用いただけます。

Special Benefits for Winners:
Grand Prix, Best Award, and Excellence Award winners will be exempt from the document screening process for Digital Hollywood University’s Comprehensive Admission [Scholarship Track].

For All Participants:
Regardless of the results, all applicants will receive an official Certificate of Participation. This certificate can be used to showcase your achievements in extracurricular activities or inquiry-based learning projects.

学校の課題、部活動での制作物、過去に制作したオリジナル作品も応募可能です。

※夏のオープンキャンパス2026（8月23日[日]）の会場内にて受賞作品の展示を行う予定です。
※受賞結果は2026年9月上旬を目途に、アティコン2026特設サイトに掲載します。
※参加証は応募時に登録いただいたメールアドレス宛に送付します。
作品制作における
共通規定

応募作品は、以下の条件をすべて満たしている必要があります。

  • 完全オリジナル作品であること
    既存のアニメ・漫画・ゲーム等の二次創作（ファンアート）、および既存のチュートリアルを模倣したサンプル作品は審査対象外となります。
  • 権利の遵守
    第三者の著作権、肖像権、商標権を侵害していないこと。
    万が一、権利侵害に関する紛争が生じた場合、主催者は一切の責任を負わず、応募者自身の責任で解決するものとします。
  • 生成AIの利用制限
    「AI作品部門」以外の3部門（3DCG部門、イラスト部門、映像部門）では、制作過程におけるAIの使用を禁止します。
    ※素材、背景、テクスチャ等の一部利用も不可
AI作品部門に
関する規定

AI作品部門に応募する場合は、以下の項目を必ず確認し、同意の上で制作してください。

  • 利用ツールの年齢制限と同意
    各生成AIツールが定める利用規約（年齢制限等）を遵守してください。
    また、ツールを利用するにあたっては、必ず保護者の同意を得た上で使用してください。
  • プロンプト生成時の注意
    既存のコンテンツの名称をプロンプト（指示文）に含めて生成された作品は、権利侵害の恐れがあるため応募を控えてください。
    （例：特定の作品、作家、キャラクター、著名人の名前など）
  • 類似性の自己確認
    AIによって出力された結果が、既存の著作物と酷似していないか、応募者自身の責任で確認を行ってください。
Eligibility

Age: Individuals or groups aged 18 or younger at the time of entry.
Status: Open to all nationalities; amateurs only.
Eligible Works: School assignments, club projects, and previously created original works are all welcome.
Contest Theme "Prototype Me"
Show us your raw passion—the obsession that fueled your creation—rather than a "correct" answer. Fill the world with your vision, even in its prototype form.
Evaluation Criteria
We are looking for works that demonstrate

A clear theme, message, or unique idea.
Creative ingenuity in expression and presentation.
A spirit of challenge toward new forms of expression.

    Works in the AI Art category are not eligible for the Grand Prix.

Submission Period May 1 (Fri) – July 7 (Tue), 2026
Announcement of Winners Notification: Winners will be notified via email in mid-August 2026.
Exhibition: Winning works are scheduled to be exhibited at the Summer Open Campus 2026 (August 23 [Sun]).
Results: The results will be posted on the U-18 Artist Contest 2026 official website in early September 2026.
Certificates: Participation certificates will be sent to the email address registered at the time of entry.
General Submission Guidelines

All entries must meet the following requirements:

  • Originality:
    Works must be 100% original. Secondary creations (fan art) of existing anime, manga, or games, and sample works mimicking existing tutorials, will be disqualified.
  • Rights Compliance:
    Works must not infringe upon the copyrights, portrait rights, or trademarks of any third party. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any disputes regarding rights infringement; such issues must be resolved at the applicant’s own expense and responsibility.
  • AI Usage Restrictions:
    The use of Generative AI is strictly prohibited in the 3DCG, Illustration, and Video categories. This includes partial use for assets, backgrounds, or textures.
Rules for the AI Art Category

When entering the AI Art category, you must agree to the following:

  • Age Restrictions & Consent:
    You must comply with the Terms of Service (including age limits) of the AI tools used. Use of these tools requires prior consent from a parent or guardian.。
  • Prompt Guidelines:
    Refrain from using prompts that include the names of existing content (e.g., specific titles, creators, characters, or celebrities), as this may lead to rights infringement.
  • Similarity Check:
    It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that the AI-generated output does not closely resemble existing copyrighted works.

Q.他のコンテストに応募した作品でもエントリーできますか？ Can I enter a piece that I have submitted to other contests?

A.はい、ご自身で制作した作品であれば可能です。
ただし、すでに他のコンテストで受賞している場合は、そのコンテストの規約（他への応募が許可されているか）を事前に確認してください。 Yes, as long as it is your own original work. However, if the work has already won an award in another contest, please check their terms and conditions to ensure that double entry is permitted.

Q.チームやグループの人数制限はありますか？ Is there a limit to the number of members in a team or group?

A.全員18歳以下であれば、人数制限はありません。
クラス単位や部活動のプロジェクトとして制作した作品もエントリー可能です。 There is no limit, provided that all members are 18 years old or younger. We also welcome entries produced as class projects or extracurricular club activities.

Q.3DCG部門で、配布されている素材（3Dモデル）を使用してもいいですか？ For the 3DCG category, is it okay to use pre-made assets (3D models)?

A.使用自体は可能ですが、審査では「あなた自身の創意工夫」を重視します。
どこまでが自作で、どこに配布素材を使用したかをエントリー時に明記してください。 Yes, you may use them. However, judging focus is on your original creativity and ingenuity. Please clearly state which parts are your own work and where you used pre-made assets when you submit your entry.

Q.映像の音楽に、流行りの曲や市販のCD音源を使ってもいいですか？ Can I use popular songs or commercial CD tracks for my video’s background music?

A.既存の楽曲は、権利者の許可がない限り使用できません。
ご自身で制作した楽曲か、著作権フリーの音源、またはツールのプリセット音源などを使用してください。 No. Existing songs cannot be used without explicit permission from the copyright holder. Please use original music you have composed, royalty-free music, or preset audio tracks provided by your editing tools.

Q.イラスト部門を「横」のレイアウトで作っても大丈夫ですか？ Can I use a horizontal (landscape) layout for the Illustration category?

A.はい、問題ありません。Yes, that is perfectly fine.

Q.ツールの指定はありますか？ Are there any specific software or tool requirements?

A.使用するツールの指定はありません。 No, there are no restrictions on the tools you use. Feel free to use any software or hardware you prefer.

Q.部門をまたいで作品をエントリーしてもいいですか？ Can I enter multiple categories or submit more than one work?

A.1つの部門へ複数作品でのエントリー、複数部門へのエントリーのどちらも可能です。 Yes. You are welcome to submit multiple entries to a single category, or enter different works into multiple categories.

Q.AI作品部門に応募したいのですが、ツールの年齢制限はどうやって調べればいいですか？ I want to enter the AI Art category. How can I check the age requirements for the tools I use?

A.各ツールの公式サイトにある「利用規約（Terms of Service）」を確認してください。
判断が難しい場合は、保護者の方と一緒に確認することをおすすめします。 Please check the "Terms of Service" on the official website of each tool. If the terms are difficult to understand, we recommend reviewing them with a parent or guardian.

Q.ツールを使い始めたばかりの初心者ですが、応募してもいいのでしょうか？ I’m a beginner and just started using these tools. Is it still okay for me to enter?

A.もちろんです。このコンテストは技術の高さだけを競うものではありません。
あなたの「好き」や「熱中した形」を見せていただくことを、何より楽しみにしています。 Absolutely! This contest isn't just about technical skill. More than anything, we are excited to see your passion and the unique ways you express what you love.
